though i am not a muslim woman i just love your blog and the most i love your personality and you great sense of style i don't know u could be a great stylist , and i love abayas i just would feel weird wearing them hehe
i actually love shirts which are inspired by abayas (i don't know what they're called hehe) i've been lookin for those for a long time but couldn't find any =/

I actually kind of like this piece- y'know without all the gold on the face and with sleeves that weren't see-through. It's actually really pretty and I like the way the scarf (I think it's a scarf..) is draped really loosely.

To be honest I find the headpiece rather freaky, and the gown is just a bit, bla, though it is nice to see some more modest fashion :)

I love it! I think the reason why so many big name designers are doing hijab-like pieces is because many of their customers come from rich islamic countries. I know in saudi the headcovers men wear are designed by Dior, Gucci, etc.
